When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed.
Please note that orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CET.

Will I have to pay tax and duties?

For orders within the European Union (EU), VAT is included in the final price, so no additional taxes or duties will apply.

For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

If you choose not to accept the delivery or refuse to pay the customs fees, and your order is returned to Diaspora Studio, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Can I edit / cancel my order after I placed it?

Yes, you can edit or cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@diasporastudio.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. However, you may be able to return your order once it arrives—please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Send us an email at info@diasporastudio.com.

Return Conditions:

- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with labels and tags attached.

- If your return does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own cost.

Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Diaspora Studio is not liable for missing returns. We strongly recommend using registered post with tracking to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

Processing Your Return:

- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@diasporastudio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the fault.

If the item is deemed to have a manufacturer damage or fault, you will not incur any additional costs. We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
